Description Now Hiring: RRP Manager Location: Dorchester County/ Cambridge, MD Schedule: Flexible, based on consumer and program needs Salary: $44-$61k Crossroads Community is seeking a motivated and dedicated Residential Rehabilitation Program (RRP) Manager to oversee and inspire our rehabilitation services team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a leader who is passionate about mental health and committed to building cohesive, client-focused teams. Position Summary As an RRP Manager, you will direct the day-to-day operations of our rehabilitation programming and service delivery. You will supervise and support staff, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and help clients achieve their goals in a safe, supportive environment. You’ll be at the heart of collaboration, working with clinical providers, Health Homes, and your team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. ? Key Responsibilities Direct and oversee daily program operations, ensuring compliance with policies, fiscal guidelines, and accreditation standards. Supervise, schedule, and evaluate program staff, fostering accountability and growth. Support staff in addressing client needs and managing daily issues. Approve and process service notes in compliance with billing and regulatory requirements. Facilitate consumer entry, orientation, and transitions within the program. Ensure strong collaboration with clinical and Health Home partners. Lead quality assurance efforts and maintain safe, healthy environments. Monitor performance outcomes and operate within budget parameters. Qualifications Education: AA or BA in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, or related field. Experience: BA with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or AA with at least 3 years of positively referenced experience in the field. Supervisory experience strongly preferred. Must be, or agree to become within 1 year, a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) through the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association (PRA). Why Join Us?
