Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Residential Sales Account Manager will join our Solar Sales Team. The Account Manager will build and maintain relationships with the UK’s leading installation companies. Overall, supplying solutions to meet their needs utilising excellent products.
The Residential Sales Account Manager will manage new and existing customers with a focus on B2B outbound calls including an element of cold calling.
Product knowledge and training will be provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage key accounts whilst developing relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Generate targeted sales to expand the company market share.
  • Manage customers from various locations alongside collaborating with colleagues from both head office and international offices.
  • Prospect new markets / customers to generate orders to increase annual sales targets.
  • Assist customers to identify Power Solutions to suit their specific needs and requirements.
  • Actively promote company products and achieve new business.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, collaborating with internal departments, developing solutions, and making recommendations.
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
  • Produce periodical reports.
  • Keep up to date with product applications, technical services, market conditions and competitive activities.
