You will work closely with buyers, sellers, and investors, providing market insights, property expertise, and personalized guidance throughout every stage of the transaction process. Key Responsibilities: Manage and respond to buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship building. Conduct property viewings, market appraisals, and client consultations. Publishing secondary market properties across relevant platforms. Advise clients on market conditions, property values, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities. Negotiate offers and facilitate transactions between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions within the CRM system. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and industry partners. Stay informed on Dubai's secondary market trends, pricing movements, and community developments. Ensure a seamless client experience from initial inquiry through to transfer or tenancy completion. Passion for real estate and a strong desire to build a successful sales career in Dubai Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
