The Role

As a Residential Sales Development Representative, you’ll engage directly with homeowners to introduce the benefits of solar energy. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing homes for solar potential
  • Generating and qualifying leads
  • Scheduling in-home or virtual consultations
  • Promoting solar in the community
  • Building relationships and maintaining follow-ups
  • Representing Polaron with professionalism and enthusiasm

Who You Are
You’re a driven, goal-oriented communicator who’s confident, energetic, and passionate about sustainability. Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
