With a rapidly growing footprint in the northeast Dallas metro, we’re ready to scale — and we’re looking for a Residential Sales Manager to lead that charge.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Residential Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our pool and outdoor living division. This is a hybrid role with 50% direct sales and 50% sales leadership/management with multiple direct reports, ideal for a high-energy closer who’s ready to grow and lead a sales team in a fast-paced, design-forward environment.
We provide the marketing and the leads — you close deals, grow the team, and help shape the process that will define Homestop’s future in the residential market.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Meet with homeowners (pre-set appointments from marketing team) to consult on custom pools and outdoor living designs
  • Present, price, and close deals in the $150K–$200K range (plus upsells for outdoor living features)
  • Build and lead the residential sales team — recruit, train, and manage additional sales reps over time
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure project feasibility and alignment with customer expectations
  • Help establish repeatable sales processes that support future growth
  • Provide regular reporting, pipeline updates, and feedback to executive leadership
