Positions Primary Objective: Maximize every sales opportunity provided. Build relationships with our prospective clients and help them improve their indoor living environment. Follow our proven sales process to execute win/win agreements. Tasks and Responsibilities: Provide onsite Residential Radon Measurement and Mitigation Proposals. Follow proven sales process utilizing sales software (Radon Shield®) to maximize every sales opportunity. Conduct follow-up calls to recent non-booked residential proposals. Be a radon advocate to create awareness and action to protect our community from this cancer-causing gas. Become an expert in radon and other indoor air quality issues (must have a thirst for learning). Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year National Radon Defense (NRD) is an international network of leading radon professionals who strive every day to provide their local customers the best value in radon measurement and mitigation services. Our certified radon experts across North America go through extensive on-going training in order to provide unmatched solutions to our customer's radon issues.
