JOB SUMMARY:

The Scheduler provides administrative support to the Residential Construction Project Directors and Project Managers through the coordination and completion of project specific needs.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

  • Complete weekly schedule for Residential Plumbing field team members
  • Adjust schedule for field staff that call in prior to their shift (beginning at 5 a.m., on evenings, and weekends).
  • Review and retain records on information received from field staff or Superintendents related to Safety and Quality
  • Follow up with field crew leaders regarding incomplete or missing Safety Audits
  • Provide administrative support to the Residential Team by coordinating and communicating various schedules
  • Assist with material management and communication with vendors
  • Update trackers utilized throughout the segment

LICENSING AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2+ Years of Office Experience preferred
