POSITION OVERVIEW

UnEarthed Excavation Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our construction projects by providing administrative and operational assistance. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and have experience in scheduling and coordination of tasks, making them a valuable asset to our construction team.

SKILLS

• Experience in residential construction scheduling, coordination, or project management.
• Strong understanding of the homebuilding process.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and construction drawings.
• Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., SupplyPro, Procore etc).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Alberta One Call processes and permit processes is an asset.

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules for multiple residential projects, crews
• Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to confirm availability and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules to address delays, weather impacts, or changes in scope.
• Track completion of tasks/scopes and ensure inspections are booked and passed
• Identify potential scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.
• Maintain accurate records of schedule changes and communicate impacts to leadership.
• Support management in forecasting timelines.
• Uphold safety, quality, and company standards throughout the scheduling process.
