ABOUT THE ROLE

Regent FM are proud to be mobilising a new contract providing security services in supported housing for young adults in Dagenham. We are looking for professional and personable Security Officers to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring a safe, supportive and welcoming environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a visible security presence to ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents and staff.
• Build positive relationships with young adults in the supported housing environment, remaining approachable and professional at all times.
• Enforce site rules and policies fairly and consistently.
• Respond confidently to incidents, ensuring that all actions are carried out lawfully and respectfully.
• Monitor access and carry out regular patrols to maintain a secure environment.
• Complete accurate incident reports and documentation when required.
