• Position may require long standing and walking hours while working at the assigned client site.
• Provide excellent customer service at the assigned location.
• Adhere and Enforce all company rules, regulations, procedures, policies and standards of conduct.
• Observe and report activities and incidents at the assigned client site.
• Maintain excellent situational awareness to identify suspicious activity, safety hazards and security concerns.
• Enforce access control and visitor management policies at assigned location.
• Conduct patrols to check for suspicious activity, safety hazards and identify security concerns.
• Maintain professional working relationship with property management, MFort Security Services, employees, contractors and other members assigned to the property.
• Responsibly use client and company equipment as security tools to monitor and document security activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by MFort Security Services or client representative.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Certification Requirements

• Ability to obtain or possess Illinois State Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC) and a 20-hour security training certificate.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass drug test and extensive background check
• Strong phone skills and ability to multitask
• Customer service experience
