Position Overview: We’re seeking a skilled Residential Service Electrician to provide high-quality service to our clients. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and strong customer service skills. You will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in residential homes while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly demeanor. Key Responsibilities: Perform electrical inspections, repairs, and installations in residential homes Troubleshoot electrical issues and recommend the best solutions to customers Ensure all work is performed according to local and national electrical codes Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to explain work being done and answer any questions they may have Maintain a clean and organized work area, respecting the homes and property of our clients Complete work orders and necessary paperwork in a timely and efficient manner Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Residential Electrical Technician (3+ years preferred) Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, codes, and safety practices Experience with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electrical systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work Positive attitude, professionalism, and customer service-oriented Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations and provide clear solutions Soft Skills: Customer-Centric: You understand the importance of clear communication and patience when working in people’s homes.
