Through your knowledge, you’ll promote a high standard of quality and compliance, ensuring your facility meets all regulatory requirements through best practice clinical care and audit activities. You’ll ensure strong financial sustainability by driving community engagement to support occupancy whilst overseeing property maintenance, hospitality and lifestyle programs. Working closely with your senior clinicians, you’ll lead a team of nurses, personal carers and support staff, ensuring their ongoing performance by providing coaching and direction to enable their success. You’re confident tackling complex and conflicting priorities throughout your day, pooling your resources to meet deadlines.
