Registered Nurses with community care experience are highly desirable, but not essential. About the Role As Service Leader, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations while acting as a practice lead for your site. This is a hands-on leadership role with room to grow as the village matures and the service expands. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations of the Vertical Village in Macquarie Fields Act as the practice lead, modelling best-practice psychosocial and complex care Build, coach, and mentor an uplifting, high-performing team Drive a positive, inclusive culture grounded in safety, respect, and accountability Support participants with psychosocial and complex needs to achieve their goals Oversee rostering and staffing to ensure safe, consistent support Facilitate team meetings, supervision, and capability development Ensure compliance with NDIS, quality, and safety standards Apply strong clinical judgement and proactive risk management What We’re Looking For Registered Nurse qualification highly desirable, particularly with community care experience or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline Strong background in psychosocial disability and/or complex, high physical support Proven leadership experience in community, residential, or complex care environments Confident, visible leader who leads from the floor Strong understanding of NDIS practice and community-based service delivery Passion for developing people and improving participant outcomes Why Join AllCare?
