THE POSITION:

SPAAR Inc. is recruiting Taping Technicians. We primarily work with residential new builds, single family homes, and apartment buildings. This position is based in Calgary, AB.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Preparing wall surfaces
• Ability to measure and cut materials to specific lengths, requiring basic math skills and accuracy
• Sealing joints between plasterboards
• Follow site safety procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-5+ years of relevant taping experience
• A valid Class 5 Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Experience in Drywalling and Taping
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve
• Must be able to meet deadlines and prioritize your work
• General housekeeping and clean up
