MENTAL HEALTH KOKUA IS HIRING A RESIDENTIAL SERVICES COORDINATOR ON OAHU. This is a hands-on leadership role in a residential behavioral health program serving adults in community-based housing. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily operations, support resident needs, manage housing-related tasks, and help keep the home safe, structured, and respectful. This role is for someone who understands that residential work is real work: schedules, crises, documentation, inspections, staff coverage, resident dignity, and the daily discipline of keeping a program steady. You will do well here if you can lead without ego, stay calm under pressure, hold people accountable, and treat adults with mental health challenges with respect.
