CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER – RESIDENTIAL SERVICES CALL CENTER *HIGH DEMAND*

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service? We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee our high-volume residential services call center. This role is critical in ensuring our customers receive fast, professional service when booking appointments for plumbing, sewer, drain, air conditioning, heating, electrical, and drywall needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven leadership experience in a high-volume call center environment (residential services industry preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze call data and report performance metrics accurately.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a results-oriented mindset.
• Skilled in conflict resolution, coaching, and team development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage the call center representatives and dispatch team to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive performance to ensure inbound and outbound calls are answered promptly and booked daily.
• Accurately track and report call numbers, booking rates, and other KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align call volume with campaigns and promotions.
• Maintain accountability across the team—no excuses, just results.
• Provide coaching, training, and motivation to achieve team and company goals.
