REQUIREMENTS

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
• Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Act, ACFI, Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards and relevant legislation
• Working knowledge of Health Care/Aged Care information management systems, Microsoft Office applications, email and the internet

As a Residential Services Manager at Ashwood Aged Care Residence, you will utilise your experience in a similar role to provide leadership and efficient operational management, so that our residents always receive the best care possible. Working closely with the General Manager, you will also be responsible for the performance of the facility with regards to budget management, employee engagement, quality assurance and clinical care.
VMCH Ashwood offers dementia-specific aged care, offering 11 memory support rooms designed to provide specialised care and support for people living with dementia.
