As the Residential Services Manager, you will oversee 111 beds, ensuring every resident receives the care and attention they deserve. You will work alongside experienced, passionate, and collaborative colleagues to deliver person-centred care within our MyLife model. • Leading and inspiring a dedicated team of care professionals.

• Fostering a positive and collaborative environment where resident feedback is valued and acted upon.
• Overseeing staffing levels to ensure the right balance of care and support is consistently delivered.
