In this permanent full-time role (possible Permanent part time for the right candidate), you will lead the development and implementation of key strategic projects to enhance the quality, efficiency, and sustainability of our residential aged care services.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to a very experienced General Manager Residential Services, this role leads strategic initiatives to improve care quality, performance, and compliance within Residential Services. Focused solely on aged care operations, it translates strategy into action, aligning with frontline needs and sector standards. A key opportunity to drive meaningful change and enhance outcomes for residents and care teams.
