POSITION OVERVIEW
The Division of Developmental Disabilities is seeking to hire a Residential Services Supervisor for the Fox Developmental Center located in Dwight, Illinois to supervise direct care personnel in the provision of non-professional services, programs and activities for individual’s served who are developmentally disabled on multiple units. Serves as working supervisor. Provides supervisory coverage to other units in the absence of that supervisor. Assists supervisor and professional staff in the planning and implementation of habilitation programs. Serves as a member of an Interdisciplinary Team assisting in the formulation and implementation of the Assessment/Habilitation Planning/Program and Service Implementation Process. Coordinates and integrates shift routines/programs with those occurring on all shifts.
