Are you a seasoned Site Manager with deep experience in wood-frame builds? MatchBox Consulting Group is looking for a hands-on leader to join our client & oversee a multifamily development near Cypress Mountain. Experience with single-family custom homes is a strong asset and will be highly valued in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience managing wood-frame multifamily or custom home builds
  • Proven ability to lead projects from excavation through to occupancy
  • In-depth knowledge of wood framing techniques, construction sequencing, and trades coordination
  • Trade certification or technical training preferred
  • Strong understanding of building codes, site safety regulations, and Lean Construction practices
  • Skilled in team leadership, stakeholder communication, and time management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and construction management software

Responsibilities
  • Lead all phases of site operations from pre-construction to final handover
  • Manage daily site activities including scheduling, safety, subcontractor supervision, and logistics
  • Review drawings, identify conflicts, and ensure compliance with plans, codes, and OHSA standards
  • Maintain project documentation including daily logs, site photos, and reporting
  • Coordinate materials, deliveries, RFIs, and inspections
  • Monitor site presentation and uphold company branding on location
  • Supervise and support field crews and subcontractors
  • Mentor team members and promote a collaborative, high-performing site culture
  • Promote a zero-incident safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Minimize rework through proactive issue resolution and team coordination
