JOB POSTING: RESIDENTIAL SITE SUPERINTENDENT

Location: Southwestern Ontario (between Sarnia and London)
Are you an experienced residential construction professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Residential Site Superintendent to join our team in Southwestern Ontario, serving the area between Sarnia and London.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction, including custom home builds
• Experience with Procore considered an asset
• Proven experience coordinating trades and working on tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead a team while maintaining a hands-on approach
• Valid driver’s license

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our Residential Site Superintendent, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating custom home builds and residential projects. This hands-on position involves both managing site activities and working on the tools as needed. You’ll collaborate closely with ownership on self-performed work and work alongside a project manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate all trades on site
• Work hands-on with tools to support project progress as needed
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
• Support the project manager in executing custom home builds and other residential projects
• Maintain organized site documentation and manage quality and safety control
