Responsibilities: A Residential Supervisor is an individual who has direct care responsibility on his/her assigned shift but is trained to provide shift leadership in the absence of the Program Coordinator. * Implementation of the assigned weekend day master schedule. * Supervisory management of assigned shifts in the absence of the Program Coordinator. * Supervision of assigned direct care staff. Qualifications/Physical Requirements: * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Can manage a high paced and emotionally charged treatment environment * Effectively work with a range of staff while also demonstrating leadership and maturity * Bachelor’s Degree preferred in related Human Service Field * One year minimum residential experience Shift: Full-time, 40 hrs.
