Description Key Works provides comprehensive substance use disorder treatment and work skills training to help low-income, high-risk residents achieve sustained recovery and rebuild their lives. We offer a unique combination of long-term residential clinical treatment, work skills training, and transitional housing. For more information visit key-works.org. Position Overview: Provides direct care and support to residents in Key Works Long-Term Substance Use Disorder Treatment program. Ensures safety, supports treatment compliance, and assists with daily living activities. Shift: (Part-Time) Thursday - Saturday 9:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. Primary Responsibilities: Perform regular safety checks and facility rounds. Assist with housekeeping and ensure cleanliness. Maintain accurate documentation and communication logs. Complete all mandatory training, as scheduled and required to advance to Level 2. Ensure property and resident safety through making rounds of all resident rooms throughout all shifts. Read and understand Staff Handbook, and Patient Handbooks for both Long Term Recovery and Recovery House. Model appropriate behavior, communication and dress code according to Key Works policies. Occasionally transport residents to appointment using company vehicle. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of substance use disorders. CPR/First Aid certification, within 30 days of hiring. Valid WA driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to pass background check and drug screening. Familiarity with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
