Position Overview: We have an immediate opening for a Residential Support Specialist to provide rehabilitative services and care for residents with serious mental illness in our Residential Program in Columbia, Mo. Job duties include, but not limited to: Provide oversight/monitoring/support of residents living in our Residential Program facilities. Ensure facility has a caring, home-like and welcoming atmosphere. Provide interventions with residents to assist them with meeting their goals, learning new skills, and improving their coping skills and symptom management skills. Clearly document clinical interventions in progress notes. Implement and abide by company policy. Ensure a safe, clean, and organized household environment for the residents and complete cleaning and safety checks. Pay starting at $17.50 hr. Requirements High School Diploma or GED.
