NCSS is seeking full-time Residential Support Staff to join our dedicated and supportive teams within our 24/7 Residential Programs. These programs serve adults with severe and persistent mental illness, offering person-centered care in stable, therapeutic living environments. Key Responsibilities Include: Creating a safe, respectful, and supportive home environment Assisting residents with daily living skills, including hygiene, meal preparation, and household routines Implementing individualized, strength-based interventions and support plans Supporting residents in community activities and social engagement Administering medications and maintaining accurate documentation Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and clinical staff Driving clients to appointments or community outings using personal vehicle Our Ideal Candidate: Has experience working in residential settings or with individuals with mental health needs Is calm under pressure, organized, and a clear communicator Brings empathy, patience, and a commitment to supporting others in their recovery journey Holds a valid driver's license and has reliable transportation Is open to a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overnights Current Available Shifts: Thursdays 12AM - 6AM Thursday through Saturday 6PM - 6AM At NCSS, we believe in the power of data to drive better outcomes—for our clients, our community, and our agency. Responsibilities

The Residential Support Staff will create a safe and supportive home environment while assisting residents with daily living skills. They will implement individualized support plans and help residents engage in community activities.
