Job Details Job Location: Saint Albans, VT Position Type: Per Diem Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly Description Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is seeking self-motivated and energetic individuals to join our supportive residential team in a part-time, substitute capacity. Our 24/7 Residential Programs host individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Providing a therapeutic and stable environment in community and residential settings Implementing person-centered & strength-based interventions Transporting clients Preparing and cooking meals Medication administration Ideal applicants have: Experience in residential programming or working with individuals with mental illness. Strong communication and organizational skills A genuine and compassionate personality Candidates must: A valid driver’s license and the ability to transport clients in personal vehicle. This position offers the flexibility to work when it works for you as we have a variety of shifts that we are looking to find coverage for. Interested? Apply today!
