Description Shifts currently open Full Time: Monday, Thursday and Friday 2p-10p, Saturday and Sunday 6a-2p Sunday-Thursday 2pm-10pm Friday-Tuesday 2pm-10pm SUMMARY Responsible for the care and supervision of adolescent male residents ages 12-17 with a mental health diagnosis in a residential group home environment. Duties include ensuring that a therapeutic environment is maintained in conformity to health, safety, and nutrition requirements. Adheres to the core values and trauma sensitive practices and presents as a role model for the youth in the community residence and community. Assists in meal prep, recreational activities, and skill building services. Training is provided. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Required: Must have a High School Diploma or GED, Preferred: College Degree, experience working with children and/or adolescents. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Required: Must maintain valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
