QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

· Human Services Diploma and 6 months experience, or equivalent education and experience.
· Class 5 B.C. Driver’s License.
· Class 4 B.C. Driver’s License preferred.
· Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certificate or equivalent.
· Satisfactory ICBC Driver’s Abstract.
· Clear Criminal Record Check for the purpose of working with vulnerable adults.
· Level 1 First Aid and CPR.
· Physically and mentally able to perform the duties of the job (Certificate of Fitness for Job Duties).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· Support Worker Diploma (or similar) or at least two years of recent related experience. Equivalent experience and education may be considered.
