Are you resilient and have a positive approach to change and challenge? We are looking for someone with a ‘can do’ attitude to join our team. Ideally you will have:

  • Experience of leading Shifts in a Care setting
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or recognised equivalent).
  • Experience and training in safeguarding.
  • An innovative and creative approach to problem solving.
  • Experience of developing tailored care plans
  • The ability to create a safe and fun environment for both staff and children in the home and in the community.

You will ensure their wellbeing is prioritised by delivering personalised care, guidance, and advocacy. It is key that they stay safe and healthy and can reach their full potential.
