Responsibilities

Our Residential Support Workers create a safe and supportive environment for children and young people to grow and develop. We are specifically looking for a Residential Support Worker who has had experience leading a team or may have been called a senior in a similar role. At this level, you will take on additional responsibilities such as mentoring and training staff, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that the team adheres to best practices in care provision. You will ensure the children’s wellbeing is prioritised by delivering personalised care, guidance, and advocacy. It is key that they stay safe and healthy and can reach their full potential.
As a residential support worker working at this level you will be expected to accommodate a couple of sleeping shifts per week to provide continuous care and support.
In return, we offer an in-depth induction and amazing opportunities for career progression. We’ll enrol you in necessary industry qualifications along with regular supervision and team meetings to ensure you feel part of our team.
