A bit about the role
A Residential Support Worker plays a crucial role in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people, enabling to grow and develop to their fullest potential. In this position, you’ll prioritise the well-being of our young individual by delivering personal care, guidance and advocacy. Your efforts will ensure that they remain safe and healthy, while also helping them to navigate challenges and celebrate achievements.
In the role of night Residential Support Worker, you’ll support a particularly wakeful young person during the evening hours. This role requires you to be attentive and proactive, engaging with the young person and various activities that they wish to partake in throughout the night.
Additionally, you’ll be responsible for preparing the service for the next day shift, ensuring that everything is in order and ready for the daytime staff to continue providing excellent support. Your dedication and commitment will make a significant difference in the life of this young person, fostering a sense of stability and security during the night.

Our home is in the picturesque village of Aston Clinton, Buckinghamshire, in a beautifully renovated home designed to provide long term residential care for one young person this will be a forever home, where our dedicated team can offer person-centred care tailored to the unique needs of this young person.
