Our Senior Residential Support Workers create a safe and supportive environment for children and young people to grow and develop. ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are now looking for a Residential Worker on a Senior level who will help our team continue to ensure the best possible environment. We are looking for someone who has a compassionate and positive attitude, is adaptable to changing situations and has excellent communication skills. If you have experience in a similar setting with disabled children and young people, this would be advantageous. As this is a Senior position, you will be a shift leader who oversees the activities whilst on shift. You will receive training and supervision to support your personal development as a Senior.
