ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Grove is a 5 bedded residential Short Breaks home in Aylesbury that supports young people to achieve their potential, have fun and make friends within a safe supportive environment.
As an Assistant Residential Worker, you will be responsible for supporting young people aged 8-18, throughout their stay in The Grove short breaks home, assisting the children on the night shift.
Your role will entail safeguarding young people, enabling them to reach their full potential, supporting with all their needs. You will be part of a fun, hardworking team that works as part of a rota working a variety of early, late and weekend shifts.
