Role: Residential Support Worker (Waking Nights) Salary: up to £25,949.00 per annum (pro rata) dependent on experience  Location: Shrewsbury  Contract/Hours: Permanent/Part Time – 35 hours per week supporting our young people on the night shift. Our four-bedroom home provides a safe, nurturing environment where each young person's interest routines and passions are celebrated. A bit about the role   As a Residential Support Worker, you'll support on the night shifts with care, including personal needs, promoting independence, and helping children engage in activities that inspire them - whether that's exploring nature, crafting or gaming.  You'll also assist with transporting children to school, appointments, and family time, building positive relationships and contributing to a fun, supportive atmosphere.  We're looking for someone with experience working with children (residential care experience preferred but not essential) who is enthusiastic, reliable, and willing to learn. We are looking for someone with a ‘can do’ attitude to join our team.
