Alternative Programs for Youth and Families Inc, offers respite and 24/7 care for youth and adults with varying disabilities. We are a small, highly supportive company, that values it’s team members and the important work that they do. We believe in a warm, inviting home environment for our clients to be comfortable and thrive in. Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other disabilities is a must. Residential workers would be responsible for personal and day to day care of our residents. This includes peri care, feeding, and general care. If you have relevant training/education, two years minimum experience and enjoy working within a positive and supportive team environment we invite you to apply. A valid driver’s license, and vehicle with $2,000,000 liability, standard first aid level C, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, current child abuse registry check and criminal record/vulnerable sector check are a must.
