SALARY - £12-£13 PER HOUR

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Residential Support Worker for a SEMH residential children’s home in Northampton. You will play a crucial role in the day-to-day care and support of the residents, working to ensure their safety, well-being, and personal development.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience working with children and young people, preferably in a residential setting.
• A relevant qualification in social care, childcare, or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce). Or be willing to work towards this
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring and empathetic nature, with a genuine passion for working with young people.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• A full UK driving license is desirable but not essential.
• Enhanced DBS check (to be conducted as part of the recruitment process).
