We are seeking special individuals to join our team at Curve Care as Residential Support Workers either on a full time / part time / bank basis for our Therapeutic 2 bed children’s home in Kennington, Ashford, Kent.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS.

• Driving license is preferred; if not, ability to use public transport with young people
• Genuine passion for achieving outcomes for young people.

• To join a team offering a comprehensive residential service for children and young people. With the aim being to ensure the physical, social, emotional care and development of the children at the home.
• To safeguard and protect the welfare of each child.
• To support the Manager and Deputy in all aspects of the home’s operation.
• To provide safe, warm, and supportive environment to our children
• To provide fair and consistent boundaries in respect to each child’s behaviour.
• To participate in the general activities of the home and to use any personal skills you may have to maximise opportunity for each child.
