Nurture Child Care Services (part of the Pebbles Care Group) is delighted to share that we are currently recruiting full-time Residential Support Workers across our sites in Lancashire.

Our two-bed services offer an incredible opportunity for you to work in partnership with our existing team and become an essential part of our children’s lives.

You will be employed full-time, averaging 40 hours per week, plus sleep hours. Working collaboratively with your team on shift, you will provide support tailored to the young person’s needs, either one-to-one or two-to-one. This will include every aspect of home life, from driving our children to attend school, appointments or visits (a full manual driving licence is essential) to food preparation, chores and making lasting memories during outings and holidays.
During your induction, you will learn about our therapeutic care model in training with our Learning and Development team. Our Psychology, Education, and Senior Management Team will also help you with expert support and guidance.
You will be based within one home on a full-time basis. However, you may occasionally be required to support other homes within the same geographical area.
