Job Description
We’re recruiting for a Residential Support Worker to join a warm, experienced and locally led children’s home team in Staffordshire. The organisation is also growing, but deliberately and thoughtfully, with future expansion planned within the local area. Staff are encouraged to develop their skills and experience, with genuine opportunities to progress as the organisation grows.
