We are looking for experienced individuals to work with us as Residential Support Workers (including for senior management roles) for our residential care home for children and young people based in Hornchurch, Essex. In return we offer a competitive salary range from £25,4800 to £29,000 plus depending on experience, with additional pay for sleep ins.

THE SUCCESSFUL RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKERS WILL HAVE:

• Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care with children and young people (Previously NVQ Level3), or working towards
• Previous experience working with Autism and learning disabilities in residential children’s homes (minimum two years)
