COMPENSATION: $50,409 - $59,904 Annually Prorated

To help fulfill its mission, LOFT is hiring a Full-time Permanent Residential Support Worker.
Please note that this role may follow a Tuesday to Saturday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
JOB SUMMARY
The Residential Support Worker provides a range of assistance and supports to clients living with mental illnesses in a Program residence or independently in the community.
LOFT’s Mental Health and Justice Initiative (MHJI) provides safe and dignified supportive housing for men and women, aged 16 to 64 who have a serious mental health issue, are homeless or at risk of becoming so, are currently involved in the criminal justice system and who can live safely and independently in the community with minimal assistance.
