Are you passionate about making a real difference for children and young people. In Warrington all our children’s homes are Ofsted rated GOOD or OUTSTANDING. We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidates to be part of the staff team of our brand new children’s home.
We are looking for passionate and caring people who share our passion for supporting our most vulnerable children.
The home will consist of a registered homes manager, one deputy manager, a team of residential care workers and wake night staff.
The home will also have a move on property on site to transition children from the home into semi-independent living. You will have an option if successful for an interview to express a preference for being in the residential home or working for the supported accommodation service for the move on property.
You will also benefit from 20% enhancements Monday to Friday 7pm to 11pm and 30% enhancements from 7pm to 11pm on Saturday and Sunday. We offer a substantial training package and are committed to supporting development and progress. We are in easily commutable distance of Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Merseyside. Responsibilities

There are 4 roles available, 3 full time and 1 part time.
To provide high quality care and/or support for children to ensure a safe and stable environment that supports them in achieving their full potential. Deliver a child centred and stimulating environment in which children can receive high quality physical, emotional, social and intellectual care and support acting as a positive adult role model.
You will act as a key worker for agreed children, undertaking, completing key worker files contributing to reviews and development of individual care programmes and risk assessments under the overall supervision of the Registered and Deputy Manager. To support and advocate for the children being cared and supported for in the homes / supported accommodation
The post holder will be required to work a rota including shift work, weekend work and sleep in duties. The post holder will have the required interpersonal skills to adopt relationship-based practice, in keeping with our systemic practice model.
