SW17 Surveyors Ltd is a small RICS regulated chartered surveying practice based in South London. Most of our work comprised of pre-purchase residential surveys such as RICS Condition, Homebuyer and Building Survey Reports, with or without Market Valuations.
In addition, we also carry out Market Valuations, Party Wall Awards, Defect Analysis Reports, Project Management and Expert Witness Reports for existing homeowners.
We are looking for an experienced surveyor with MRICS or AssocRICS status, who can make a good addition to our team.
The ideal candidate should have 2+ years’ experience as a residential surveyor, carrying out valuations and level 2 and 3 surveys. Experience of other types of surveying work is also valued as it brings a variety of knowledge to the team.
Job Type: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Salary £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
Essential Requirements:
- MRICS or AssocRICS status;
- RICS Registered Residential Valuer;
- 2+ years’ post-qualification experience as a residential surveyor
- Own car and clean driving licence
