YOUR ROLE:

As a Residential Surveyor, you’ll conduct residential valuations for lending purposes and private home surveys. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your workload, ensuring every report is accurate and delivered on time. You’ll also act as an ambassador when visiting properties, maintaining strong relationships with residents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage your daily workload to meet personal income targets
• Conduct valuations and surveys using iPad technology
• Maintain service and quality standards in line with company requirements
• Adapt to changing business needs and introduce new inspection techniques
• Attend regional team meetings and annual conferences
