Description Who We Are: Eliada is one of Asheville’s most trusted and long-standing nonprofits, serving children and young adults since 1903. Nestled on a beautiful 300+ acre campus, we support over 600 youth each year through a cradle-to-career continuum that includes foster care, residential treatment, housing support, vocational training, and early childhood education. What You’ll Be Doing: · Ensure that the students and facilities are monitored during student sleeping hours and take necessary action required to assure their security, health, and safety. · Provide leadership and supervision to night shift staff to ensure that all assigned duties are completed in a timely manner. · Manage the staff shift scheduling. · Ensure program documentation is completed. Requirements Knowledge/Experience: A High School Diploma. Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
