LIFE SKILLS COACHING

Teach essential life skills such as cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and personal hygiene to promote independence and confidence.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of post-secondary education; combination of education

and experience may be considered.

• Experience in residential care or child/youth support settings.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role
• Valid First Aid & CPR certification.
• Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of attachment theory and child development.
• Experience with special needs or developmental delays, ADHD, or

behavioral challenges.
