WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has extensive experience working with children and young people with diverse needs.
• Holds (or is willing to work towards) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Is committed to equality, diversity, and safeguarding.
• Can work flexible hours, including participation in an on-call rota.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Team Leader, you will:

• Lead and manage a team delivering high-quality, 24-hour care and support.
• Ensure positive outcomes for children and young people through effective planning and supervision.
• Work closely with families, carers, and professionals to provide holistic support.
• Uphold safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory standards.
