REQUIREMENTS:

  • A full manual driver’s license is required
  • Full training provided
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Time Management: must be able to plan and execute routine maintenance activities as well as responding to trouble shooting requests and unexpected equipment issues
  • Problem solving skills: A good technician can identify issues and source information to resolve issues quickly
  • KPI focused and willing to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business
Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE:

After full training your focus will be on the installation and servicing of broadband and TV systems to homes and businesses across the Republic of Ireland, delivering exceptional customer service.
You need a full manual driver’s license and be comfortable working at heights to be considered for this role.
Previous Customer facing experience is advantageous.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Installing telecommunication cable and equipment as per training
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience from initial phone call to job completion
  • Using field apps to report back on activity and works completed
  • Upskill and attending various training courses
  • Take due care to prevent loss or damage when working on a customer’s property
  • Report any accident, incidents or damage that may occur and escalate any issue to Management in a timely manner
  • Track faults using devices and tools provided
  • Using power tools and ladders safely
  • Maintain a clean and presentable appearance always
  • Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work
