Description

As a Residential Unit Manager at Amberley Hall Care Home, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management on our residential community within the home.

HOME LOCATION:

Baldock Drive, King’s Lynn, England, PE30 3DQ.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for pro-actively managing the unit.
  • Ensure timely completion of monthly audits: medication management, pressure ulcer prevention, diet and hydration and care planning.
  • Monitor the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents’ care through monthly audit of care plans using a planned approach, for example Resident of the Day.
  • Ensure planned supervision is carried out for all team members in line with company policy.

Training, Skills & Experience Required:

  • A passion for care – we’re looking for a genuinely caring individual who will put the needs of our residents first.
  • Minimum of two years’ shift leadership and management experience.
  • Proven track record leading, empowering, supporting and motivating a clinical team.
